When you request a larger and more complex task like a website redesign or rebranding we break that down into smaller tasks so we can send you work within 1-2 business days to review. This allows us to keep the ball rolling and iterate quickly.

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can submit?

No, there’s no limit. You can submit as many design or Webflow requests as you’d like. However, we focus on completing one request at a time.

How quickly will I receive my designs and Webflow work?

Our typical turnaround time for design and Webflow work is 48 hours. For more complex tasks that require additional time, we’ll provide updates and progress every 24-48 hours until the work is finished.

What can I expect to receive in 48 hours?

It depends on the nature of the request. Within 48 hours, you can typically expect to receive items like landing page designs, pitch decks, social media templates, and display ads. For more intricate projects, we’ll deliver a portion of the work every 24-48 hours until completion.

Who will be working on my designs and development?

I’m Istvan, the founder of Sonel, and I personally handle both design and development. Since I handle both design and development, there are no communication issues or roadblocks between the two. But can one person do all of this? Yes. I’m deeply passionate about solving problems with design and development and only offer help with what I can do very well. See below about work I don’t take on.

How do you manage larger projects?

For larger projects, such as rebranding or a full website redesign, we break the work into manageable subtasks. You’ll receive progress updates every 24-48 hours until the project is fully completed.

What tools do you use?

We primarily work with Figma for design, but also use After Effects for product UI animations, and Illustrator or Photoshop for specific tasks. We use Webflow to build websites and Asana to manage tasks.

Do you provide custom coding?

Yes, we can write custom code when necessary, particularly for tasks like integrating third-party products or creating unique animations. While we aim to use Webflow’s native features as much as possible, we are able to implement custom solutions when needed. If you have specific coding requirements, it’s best to check with us first.

How do I submit design requests?

You can submit your design requests via your dedicated Asana Kanban board. This board has three columns: Backlog, Current Request, and Completed. You can store multiple requests in the Backlog, but only one request can be active in the Current Request column at any time. You’re free to organise your requests as you see fit.

What if I’m not satisfied with the design or Webflow work?

If you’re not fully satisfied with the designs or Webflow work, we’ll make revisions until you are. Design is an iterative process, and at Sonel, we strive to quickly refine the work based on your feedback and metrics.

Are there any types of design or Webflow work you don’t handle?

Yes, we don’t handle 3D modelling, complex animations (such as character animations, detailed product demos with advanced motion design, etc.), long-form video editing (such as corporate training videos, documentary films, etc.), creating illustrations from scratch, extensive photo manipulation, InDesign work, or large-scale print designs like magazines and books. We also don’t work directly with PowerPoint files; instead, we create presentations in Figma or Keynote, which can be exported to PowerPoint if needed.

Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the service?

We don’t offer refunds, but are committed to revising the work until you’re completely satisfied.
