Sonel provides design and Webflow services on a subscription basis. Subscribers can submit design requests, which we fulfill according to the guidelines outlined below.
2. Subscription Plan
- Unlimited Requests: Subscribers may submit an unlimited number of design and Webflow requests.
- One Request at a Time: Although unlimited requests are allowed, we process and work on only one request at a time. Once a request is completed, the next request will be started.
- Monthly Payment: Your subscription fee will be billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to our services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will end. No refunds will be provided.
3. Request Handling
- Delivery Time: The average delivery time for most requests is 2 days.
- Complex Requests: If a request is particularly large or complex, it will be broken down into smaller tasks. We will deliver a reasonable amount of work on these tasks every 1-2 days.
- Revisions: Subscribers are entitled to unlimited revisions. We will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership Transfer: All work completed by Sonel becomes your intellectual property upon delivery and full payment of the subscription fee.
- Usage Rights: You are granted full usage rights to the work once it is delivered.
5. Payment and Billing
- Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method at the time of subscription. You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate.
- Billing Cycle: Your subscription fee will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing valuable services throughout your subscription.
6. Use of Services
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activities that occur under your account.
7. Modifications to Service and Terms
- Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
- Term Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
8. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: While we make every effort to meet your expectations and deliver high-quality design and Webflow services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
- Liability: Sonel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services. Our aim is to work closely with you to address any issues and ensure satisfaction with our services.
